Kiosk or in person, the food is consistent. The mushroom burger is amazing. The hamburgers are good. I will say the chicken nuggets are probably our least favorite, but they're not bad, just salty. ”

“ You have 3 standout employees at this location. As someone who delivers for Uber Eats, I have a great deal of interaction with employees and staff. While waiting for my order to be completed, I wanted to offer my experience to the restaurant, which would usually involve Management. Rather than ask an employee, I wanted to see if I could pick them out on my own. This means, look for the person who is commanding the ship and not necessarily the hardest working. Well, I found both in your manager, Alexis. I quickly informed her of my positive experiences, first with “Skyla” and next with “Jalen.” I do hope the spelling of their names is correct. All three members of your staff went the extra mile without knowing who I was (as an Uber driver). I did inform Alexis who I was but after the fact. I deliver and interact with hundreds of restaurants and their staff members and employees throughout the metropolitan area of New Orleans. Finding the exceptional has become a near impossible task. You have found three within your establishment that understand customer service and that the customer is special. Their contagious spirit seems to be infectious and those around them appeared to be responding. My past experiences with your restaurant have all been work related. Sometime it’s been ok but nothing worth noting. Other times , not so good. Tonight, I was both a customer and a team member via Uber. Alexis, Jalen, and Skyla were exceptional. My hope is that my time and effort will help the Shake Shack organization to improve by recognizing what’s working and who are the amazing ambassadors of the franchise. ”
“ SS probably has the best "fast food" burger and fries!!! Especially the double cheeseburger. The bun is incredibly soft (and gluten free!) And the condiments are thick sliced and fresh, love the pickles. Plus, the crinkle cut fries are really good. I like that it's only potatoes and salt meanwhile mcdonalds fries have chemicals and a double digit number of ingredients. SS will be my new go to for burger and fries. I don't care if it's 2 dollars more than other places, the quality is far superior. Much effort (seemingly) has been made to ensure they use the fewest chemicals, preservatives, and poisons which is important to my family. Service was good, greeted with smile and no issues ”
“ My first and last time coming here. Ordered my food, couldn't add crispy onions to my burger on their order pad so I ordered at the counter. No smile or greeting. Cashier dude just looked annoyed. Placed my order, received my order and drove home. OF COURSE they can't get it right. No bacon on the bacon cheese fries and the crispy onions on the burgers look like they were picked out of the fryer that had been floating around in there getting saturated in the grease and getting burnt. UPDATE:: 3-19-25 I decided to give them another try. This time I was able to customize my burger as needed via kiosk. Our order was accurate and received in a timely manner. The food was great as well as the service. The establishment was clean. I tried the brownie batter hot cocoa shake...phenomenal. I have no complaints this visit. Even the crispy fries were a nice light golden brown as should be. I am highly impressed with management and the way they handled the issues I had with my previous order. They even edited the kiosk for more customization, I do believe I will be returning. Thank you ”
